    4. Aging problem solved since Jimmy Carter just turned 85 and still travels
    5. Funding should concentrate on the goals and the schools which TEAA has already identified and not on schools where we taught
    6. Record keeping, esp grants
  5. Jonne Robinson inquired about "designated donations" and criteria for schools supported. Material on the website will be made explicit.

    1. Thanks to her entire committee: John Dwyer, Hank Hector, Bob Scully, Keith and Ron Schuchard plus Brooks-Ed-Henry.
    2. Suggestion for a standing committee on reunions/conferences
    3. certificates of appreciation
    4. ultimate location of archives and TEAA memorabilia: subcommittee to be appointed. Lee Smith to ask Sue N-B. Hank Hector would also be pleased to assist in the archives project.
  7. Gene Child: if not individual scholarships such as Arlone Child championed, at least look into the feminine products issue for the girls at the schools TEAA supports (Proctor & Gamble, partner with NGOs, local businesses).

    2. solicit friends by putting brochures in holiday mailings/occasional letters
    3. subcommittee to embarrass US-AID into putting Tororo Girls School in good condition : BC, Shelby Lewis, Priscilla Lane
  9. Next steps
    1. 2011 in NYC first and then East Africa
    2. Bill Jones to contact TC and enlist Lloyd Sherman and Linda Kunz
    3. Maseno University hotel training program ????
    4. in a show of hands, 40 folks wanted 2011 to start in the US and 33 indicated that they would be interested in then going to EA
    5. Brooks volunteered to lead a committee to plan the EA portion
